Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • Another product-related issue occurred.

How do I get a return label?

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

If all or part of your order is missing or damaged please immediately reach-out to our team via our contact page. We will initiate the return process on our end or begin working immediately to rectify the situation.

 

Shipping

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For orders over $400.00 we offer free shipping. On orders below $400, we offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on packages 0 lbs-10 lbs, $19.99 on packages 10 lbs-20 lbs, and $29.99 on packages 20 lbs-60 lbs.

Our Free Shipping Offer applies only to stocked items and is subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Free shipping is available only for orders shipping within the lower 48 states.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to oversized or bulky items, including products exceeding 20 lbs or requiring additional handling.

How long does it take to get my order?

We try to ship every order using USPS Priority Mail, though due to the nature of our business some products qualify as hazardous and ground transportation must be used. In this instance we'll use USPS Ground or UPS Ground.

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship out within 1 to 2 business days after order is placed.
