Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as:

• You received the incorrect item.
• The product was damaged upon arrival.
• Another product-related issue occurred.

If you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and promptly ship out the correct product once the returned item is received.

If your order was damaged or there is a product-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact page. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to help us resolve the matter quickly.
